A note from the co-founder.

PNC Ai is the evolution and culmination of 20 years of call center and technology experience.

As a call center professional at the intake companies I co-founded (Intake On Demand and Retainers On Demand), I gained both a comprehensive knowledge of the legal intake space and respect for the challenges therein. During this time I stood up call centers in five countries while managing all aspects of intake for more than 50 major law firms via 250+ agents. It was this dynamic and complex environment that compelled me to spearhead our artificial intelligence development, from which PNC Ai was born.

I believe Ai is the future, but equally, I believe in human spirit and teamwork.
